The staff is mind-blowingly wonderful and super nice, allowing us to check in early and providing jaw-dropping customer service. The breakfast was great, with turkey sausage options, and the room was clean and comfy. The location had plenty of food and gas around, and the hotel had a super clean and nice front desk area with plenty of parking. The gentleman at breakfast and the shuttle driver were phenomenal, making the stay truly unforgettable.

The hotel is set in a beautiful area close to Easton, downtown, restaurants, hospitals, and Ohio State Fairgrounds. The breakfast was excellent and enjoyable. The staff are top-class. The location is unbeatable and magnificent.

The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was tasty. the room was a nice size. The lady attending breakfast (Valentines Day morning) was very hard working she kept everything restocked the whole time. The hotel was quite at night. scenery when first entering the hotel was very pretty. overall staff were very friendly and i enjoyed my stay.

It seemed like everytime we would go to the front desk for check in and check out nobody was there and we would have to wait awhile for someone to take care of us. I understand sitting in that one place probably isnt very productive but maybe put a bell on the desk for people to ring. Also the bathroom in our room (316) wouldn't lock. the morning we were leaving before even 11:30 the room service came in to clean and i wasn't even dressed. haha i suppose that was my fault for not putting up the do not disturb sign.

The facilities are good, and they offer a shuttle service to the airport. the rooms are well-kept, and the beds are very comfortable. - the location is exceptionally nice and perfect, with several restaurants nearby, including fast food options and being close to the airport.

The hotel's cozy decor and the inviting ambiance of its common areas made for a delightful stay. As a senior, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, with spacious and well-lit hallways and comfortable seating areas, perfect for resting and socializing with fellow guests.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and ideal. The rooms were well decorated and equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. The location near Columbus Airport was favorable. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, gas stations, and various restaurants, including a McDonald's. everything was very good; I would stay there again.
